Design-Build
Most of our work is design-build. That means you hire one company and we bring the architect, the engineers and the field crews with us. You are not refereeing between a design team and a builder who never spoke until the drawings were finished.
Because we price the job while it is still being drawn, the surprises show up on paper instead of in the field. Owners save money on change orders and save months on the calendar. If something in the design will not build cleanly, our superintendents say so before it gets bid.
One contract. One schedule. One phone number when you need an answer.
One Contract
Design and construction under a single agreement
One Schedule
Drawings and field work run in parallel, not in sequence
One Budget
Pricing tracked while the design is still on paper
One Team
Architects, engineers and superintendents in the same meeting

Featured Project
A specialty athletic facility on Highway 99 that did not exist anywhere in Texas before we built it, and still does not exist anywhere else in the country. Purpose built for training, from the slab up.
The sign went up and the project went viral within three hours. That is the kind of work owners bring to us: the build nobody else wants to price.

Safety First
Safety, quality and productivity are the same conversation on our sites. Daily hazard walks, toolbox talks before the first lift, and superintendents who stop work when something looks wrong.

Crews briefed before every shift
On Site
“Boatman Construction handled the design and the build. We had one team to call and the schedule never got away from us.”
“They told us what things would cost up front and then they held to it. That is rare in this business.”
“The crews were respectful, the site stayed clean and the quality shows in the finished building.”
From the Field
Field NoteWhen the architect, the engineer and the builder answer to the same team, drawings get built the way they were drawn.
